We’re hiring a full-time Sales Associate focused on calling potential customers , collecting their information, and passing qualified leads to our Senior Sales Representatives . This is an entry point into a clear path of advancement— Junior/Senior Sales roles within as little as one month for the right people.

About Our Agency

My name is Ben Davis —I started this State Farm Agency in January 2020 , and we’ve grown into one of the most successful agencies in the country. Because of that success, we were given the opportunity to take over a second location (Castle Rock) .

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range $55,000 – $95,000 (based on performance/structure)
