ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for managing technical relationships with the assigned customer. FAE is the go‑to person as customer’s technical contacts. Own product qualifications, including customer specification collection, sample arrangement, technical issue management and effective customer communication. Provide on‑site and remote technical support for troubleshooting. Coordinate and work with cross‑functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Represent and advocate customer needs and priorities to internal teams.
