Proposal Specialist

Responsibilities Lead the full proposal and pursuit process from early strategy through to submission and presentations Work closely with leadership to support wider marketing and business development initiatives Coordinate Go or No Go decision making and contribute to strategic planning for proposals Coordinate internal teams and external partners throughout the pursuit process Oversee proposal content, opportunity tracking, and database management within Deltek Conduct client debriefs and use insights to strengthen future pursuits Monitor procurement channels and identify new opportunities Support and refine marketing processes to improve efficiency and consistency Qualifications 8+ years of experience within the AEC industry Strong background in proposals, pursuits, and business development support Confident leading client presentations and engaging with senior stakeholders Experience using Deltek and managing proposal systems Strong project management and organizational skills Clear and confident communication style Certifications or licenses are a plus Benefits Strong pipeline of repeat and negotiated work Exposure to a diverse project portfolio including mission critical and hospitality A growing team where marketing plays a key role in business strategy Supportive and collaborative culture Competitive salary and benefits (commensurable with experience) #J-18808-Ljbffr
