Oracle HCM Cloud – Compensation Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation Functional Consultant to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Cloud Compensation solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise in Workforce Compensation, Total Rewards strategy, and Core HR integration within Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.

This role partners closely with HR, Total Rewards, Finance, and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant, and business-aligned compensation processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional workshops to gather business requirements for:
• Workforce Compensation
• Individual Compensation
• Variable Pay / Bonus Plans
• Stock and Equity integration (if applicable)
• Salary Planning and Merit Cycles
• Configure and implement:
• Compensation plans, eligibility profiles, and budgets
• Compensation worksheets
• Approval hierarchies and manager self-service
• Alerts, notifications, and audit controls
• Design total rewards statements and reporting solutions
• Integrate Compensation with:
• Core HR
• Payroll
• Benefits
• Talent Management
• Support data conversion, testing cycles (SIT/UAT), and deployment activities
• Provide post-go-live stabilization and optimization support
• Develop functional design documents (FDD), configuration workbooks, and training materials
• Advise clients on compensation best practices and system optimization

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Oracle HCM experience
• 2+ full lifecycle implementations of Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation
• Strong functional expertise in:
• Workforce Compensation
• Salary basis and grade structures
• Budget modeling
• Compensation analytics
• Experience with HDL and HCM Extracts
• Strong understanding of HR data models
• Experience facilitating client workshops and leading design sessions
