Operations Coordinator
The Operations Coordinator supports the day-to-day administrative and operational needs of the Portland Campus, helping ensure staff, communication, calendars, supplies, systems, and shared resources are organized and functioning effectively. This role coordinates recurring campus operations, supports internal staff communication and meetings, maintains key administrative systems and accounts, and assists with the details that keep the Portland Campus running smoothly. The Operations Coordinator works closely with campus leadership and staff to provide administrative support, anticipate operational needs, and ensure important details are followed through.
Hours: Part-Time, 20 hours/week
Campus: Portland
Reports directly to the Portland Campus Pastor
Provides administrative and operational support to the Portland Campus Staff
Works collaboratively with ministry leaders, central services, vendors, and other mannahouse campuses as needed
Coordinates with leaders of Burmese, Arabic, and Indonesian gatherings regarding appropriate Portland Campus facility and calendar needs
