Role/Title: CRN Recruiter Consultant Name: To Be Assigned Engagement Function: Recruitment Consulting Company/Business Unit: Exeltis USA and Xiromed, LLC In-House Point of Contact: Office Manager Number of Direct reports: None Location: Remote, with on-site access at Florham Park, NJ as needed Reporting Locations: N/A Consulting Experience: 3-5+ years Date: Aug/Sep 2026 Role Overview Exeltis USA and Xiromed, LLC are seeking a proactive Recruiter Consultant to provide project-based recruitment services across assigned professional, technical, and business hiring programs. The consultant will work closely with the Office Manager, who will be the primary in-house point of contact for recruitment priorities, scheduling, internal coordination, access, and routine engagement communications. The consultant will be accountable for defined recruiting outcomes, work products, and milestones rather than functioning as an internal employee. The consultant will use independent professional judgment and customary business methods while coordinating with the Office Manager and designated hiring stakeholders under the terms of a written consulting agreement or statement of work. Key Consulting Services and Deliverables Participate in project kickoff with the Office Manager to confirm assigned roles, priorities, candidate profiles, milestones, reporting requirements, and success measures. Maintain an agreed communication cadence with the Office Manager and provide timely status updates. Use BambooHR to upload, organize, and track candidates throughout the recruitment pipeline. Maintain accurate candidate records, resumes, notes, interview status, dispositions, pipeline stages, and activity history in BambooHR. Own agreed sourcing and recruiting workstreams for assigned professional, technical, and business roles. Design and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, professional networks, referrals, events, direct outreach, and other approved channels. Conduct preliminary candidate assessments and present qualified candidates against agreed criteria. Support offer coordination, approvals, reference checks, and onboarding transition when included in the approved scope. Protect confidential, proprietary, and personal information obtained through the engagement. Consultant Qualifications and Professional Skills Languages: Fluent English; additional languages (e.g Spanish) is a plus. Specific Knowledge: Sourcing strategy, candidate screening, interviewing, applicant tracking systems, recruiting analytics, and applicable employment practices. Technical Skills: Proficiency with project management and portfolio tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Planisware, and advanced Excel. Availability: Ability to meet agreed project timelines, deliverables, communication cadences, and response expectations. Working Relationship with the Office Manager The Office Manager will serve as the consultant's primary in-house point of contact for the duration of the engagement. The Office Manager will coordinate priorities, provide available role information, facilitate access to internal stakeholders, coordinate scheduling, and consolidate feedback where appropriate. The consultant will submit agreed BambooHR updates, candidate pipelines, dashboards, and risk reports to the Office Manager. The Office Manager will have visibility into BambooHR candidate records and pipeline activity as authorized by Exeltis and Xiromed. The consultant will maintain BambooHR records in accordance with Exeltis and Xiromed's approved process and applicable data-protection requirements.
