Senior Accountant

This role is an onsite position in Fort Worth, TX with some hybrid flexibility once candidate is fully trained up. This position cannot provide employment sponsorship at this time. The ideal candidate has a public accounting background working with oil & gas/energy clients. Responsibilities Prepare and support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting for multiple entities in accordance with U.S. GAAP. Perform account reconciliations, variance analyses, and other financial analyses to ensure accurate reporting and provide insight into business performance. Support technical accounting research, external audits, internal controls, and compliance-related reporting. Partner with accounting, finance, tax, treasury, and operational teams on reporting requirements, special projects, and business initiatives. Identify opportunities to improve and automate accounting and reporting processes through technology and AI-enabled tools. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA or progress toward CPA licensure preferred. 2-4 years of experience Oil & gas/Energy exposure through public accounting clients and/or direct industry experience Advanced Excel skills and an interest in leveraging AI and emerging technologies to improve accounting and reporting processes Strong benefits package with company-matched retirement plan Upward mobility and career advancement opportunities Broad exposure across the business with opportunities to work alongside multiple functions and senior leadership #J-18808-Ljbffr
