We are dedicated to making a difference in the lives of employees, offering the opportunity to be associated with caring teammates, and creating positive contributions in each community we serve.What You Must Have:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and knowledge in sales managementA minimum of 3-5 years professional sales experience, preferably in the healthcare industryDemonstrated history of developing sales and growthKnowledge of business management and a working knowledge of the Medicare Hospice Benefit preferredStrong leadership skills plus expertise in customer service, marketing, operational excellence and employee developmentCurrent driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto liability insuranceFull-Time Employee BenefitsCompetitive salary and bonus planCompany car for qualifying individualsMedical, dental & vision insurancePaid time offPaid holidays401k with up to 4% employer matching - 100% vestedTuition reimbursementExcellent sales orientation and ongoing trainingWhat You Will Do:Call on physicians, area hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities or other senior living settings to promote hospice referrals, Heart to Heart Hospice House, and community resources.Develop and implement territory business plans and manage sales time and resources according to plan, adjusting as necessary in order to satisfactorily complete the plan and meet established goals.Co-lead the development and implementation of regional and program specific sales plans in conjunction with the ED and Sales LeadershipAssist with the recruitment, hiring, training and evaluation of Community Education RepresentativesAssist in the growth and development of others CERs sharing knowledge, experience, and wisdom; act as a guide and role model to help manage the CER TeamsFlexibility in work schedule as referral source, patients and families may require after hours and weekend consultationsUtilize customer relationship management software and other tools provided to effectively manage accounts and performance.Performance of other duties as requiredEnsure overall compliance with local, state and federal laws, Medicare regulations, and established personnel policies and proceduresIt is this agency's policy to provide equal employment opportunities without regard to age, race, color, religion, military status, gender preference, sex, marital status, national origin or disability.
