Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruitment
• Strong sourcing skills with familiarity in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms
• Excellent interviewing and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related tools
• Attention to detail, organization, and results orientation
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Professional certifications in recruiting or human resources
• Experience recruiting within the manufacturing industry

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related discipline
• At least 2 years of demonstrated success in technical recruitment

Other Requirements:

• Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously
• Comfort with staying current on industry trends and market conditions
• Potential for occasional travel, depending on hiring needs
