Key Responsibilities\n

  Direct Clinical Care: Conduct assessments for assigned clients exhibiting symptoms of major mental illness or severe emotional disorders, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

  Documentation: Ensure the timely completion of client reports, data submissions, and compliance with HIPAA regulations, reflecting a commitment to both ethical practices and accountability.

  On-Call Responsibilities: Participate in on-call coverage responsibilities as assigned to support client needs beyond standard operational hours.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will predominantly serve clients from various backgrounds, many of whom reside in economically disadvantaged areas and face mental health obstacles. Your work will help bridge the gap in mental health services, providing culturally sensitive care and demonstrating a deep understanding of the clients' personal and cultural contexts.

Qualifications\n

  Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.

  Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification in the state of Connecticut is mandatory.

  Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting is preferred, with demonstrated competency in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment interventions.

  Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must, along with strong organizational abilities.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
