Key Responsibilities\n

• Act as a liaison between clients, families, and outpatient providers, ensuring seamless communication and support throughout the treatment process.

• Engage with insurance companies to facilitate pre-certification and manage utilization effectively, thus optimizing client coverage and access to services.

• Participate actively in discharge planning and aftercare coordination, crafting tailored support systems to help clients transition successfully from detox to their next phase of recovery.

• Deliver therapeutic meal support while modeling a healthy relationship with food, helping clients to cultivate positive behaviors around nutrition and well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this position is working with individuals undergoing detoxification. You will assist a varied clientele, many of whom are confronting substance use disorders and mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
