Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Implement appropriate therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed practices to facilitate lasting healing.

• Develop and execute personalized treatment plans, establishing goals and interventions that cater to clients' specific circumstances.

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for each client.

• Engage with the treatment team to craft and implement client-centered therapeutic approaches.

• Conduct crisis interventions, risk assessments, and safety plans when necessary to ensure client safety and well-being.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ethical guidelines and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT, you will primarily serve a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families dealing with various mental health issues. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess the following credentials:

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
