Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough assessments and formulating treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitating therapeutic sessions focusing on a range of issues including, but not limited to, grief and loss, family conflict, job stress, and adjustment to separation or divorce.

• Working both with couples together and providing individual sessions to ensure comprehensive care.

• Addressing and supporting clients dealing with complex dynamics such as blended families, communication difficulties, and conflicts among family members.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop holistic treatment modalities and interventions.

• Maintaining accurate documentation and case notes to track patient progress and treatment efficacy.
