Business Development Representative

Job Responsibilities Work closely with sales members/Producers to prospect leads for potential clients. Leverage data to uncover sales opportunities. Help to align and track marketing campaigns for program business. Deliver reporting to sales leadership for execution on strategy. Job Requirements Familiarity with CRM platforms. Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline‑driven environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A valid Property & Casualty insurance broker’s license (A Plus). Superior time‑management skills. Strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team. Experience working with multiple insurance carriers. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelor’s Degree preferred. 2‑5 years of relevant experience. No travel required. Compensation & Benefits Given the responsibilities of this position, HUB is offering a compensation structure of base pay + commission. The expected base pay range for this position is $65,000 to $70,000 a year and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level. In addition, this position is eligible for commission, which will be wholly derived from the successful candidate’s closed sales transactions. The commission structure varies by scope of work and book of business.
