This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in customer service, accounts receivable, billing, collections, bookkeeping, or office administration who is looking to grow their accounting and credit experience.What You'll DoAssist customers with questions regarding billing, payments, statements, and account balancesProcess customer payments and credit card transactionsSet up new customer accounts and maintain existing account informationFollow up on past-due balances and assist with collection effortsResearch credit and trade references for new and existing customersAssist with credit reviews and account documentationPrepare invoices, correspondence, reports, and other documentsFollow up on customer orders and payment requirementsMaintain accurate and confidential customer recordsCommunicate professionally with customers and internal departmentsProvide administrative support to the Credit DepartmentRequirementsStrong customer service and communication skillsComfortable speaking with customers by phone and emailStrong computer and data-entry skillsDetail-oriented and highly organizedComfortable working with numbers, payments, and customer accountsAbility to handle confidential information professionallyPrevious experience in accounts receivable, collections, billing, credit, bookkeeping, customer service, or office administration is a plusApply today to learn more about this opportunity!
