Home Health Clinical Manager Puget Sound Home Health & Hospice, providing exceptional care for over 30 years, is expanding! We’re seeking a dedicated Home Health Clinical Manager for our Pierce County division. This role requires a Registered Nurse (RN), Physical Therapist (PT), or Occupational Therapist (OT) license and experience in a Medicare-certified home health agency (OASIS trained).
