Senior Accountant

$80,000 – $90,000 Base Salary + 10% Bonus LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing $3bn international manufacturing organization to identify a Financial Cost Accountant . This is a newly created position offering exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a global organization. This role is ideal for an accounting professional who enjoys partnering with operations, analyzing manufacturing costs, improving processes, and driving business decisions through financial analysis. Key Responsibilities Analyze manufacturing costs, inventory, and profitability trends Maintain and review standard costing methodologies Perform Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) analysis and reporting Analyze inventory valuation, physical inventory counts, and cycle counts Review and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) accuracy Support month-end close activities related to inventory and manufacturing operations Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements Partner with engineering, operations, logistics, and sales teams to provide meaningful financial insights Utilize SAP and Excel to develop reports and analyze operational performance Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 2+ years of cost accounting experience within a manufacturing environment 2+ years of SAP experience Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data analysis, reporting) Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Experience with Standard Costing Inventory Analysis COGS Analysis BOM Accuracy Reviews Manufacturing Costing Why Join?
