Job Roles and Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of personal lines and high-net-worth insurance clients.

Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive communication.

Conduct regular client meetings and risk reviews.

Identify client insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.

Lead the policy renewal process and communicate with clients throughout.

Coordinate with producers and internal teams to ensure seamless client service.

Maintain expertise in personal lines insurance products, endorsements, regulatory changes, and market trends.

Educate clients on insurance coverage, policy options, and risk management strategies.

Manage the complete client service workflow from onboarding through renewals.

Maintain accurate client records and relationship information within the agency management system.

Participate in continuing education and professional development.

Assist with additional account management responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications and Certifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Bachelor's degree preferred.

4-6 years of Personal Lines Account Management experience.

Property & Casualty (P&C) License required or ability to obtain within 90 days.

Experience working directly with decision-makers and executive-level clients.

Experience using Applied EPIC Agency Management System preferred.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced insurance environment.

Prior team leadership experience preferred but not required.
