Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Infinity Behavioral Health Center, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of couples and families to develop personalized treatment plans that address specific challenges and goals.

• Facilitating therapy sessions with couples and individuals, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each client's needs.

• Providing support for a variety of issues, including but not limited to: alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, job stress, and communication difficulties.

• Utilizing a family systems approach to therapy, ensuring that all family members are included in the therapeutic process where appropriate.

• Documenting session notes and progress reports to track patient outcomes and effectiveness of treatment methodologies using digital record-keeping systems.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to contribute to the continuity of care and to maximize patient outcomes.
