Human Resources Business Partner

Description The human resources business partner will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives, foster a positive workplace culture, and ensure a high level of employee engagement. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple HR initiatives effectively. Job Type Full-time Job Responsibilities Collaborates with senior leadership to understand the organization's goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention. Plans, leads, develops, coordinates, and implements policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organization's human resource compliance and strategy needs. Administers or oversees the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development. Identifies staffing and recruiting needs; develops and executes best practices for hiring and talent management. Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial, exempt, and professional roles; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings. Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent. Conducts research and analysis of organizational trends, including review of reports and metrics from the organization's human resource information system (HRIS) or talent management system. Monitors and ensures the organization's compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance. Education And Experience Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field required HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is a plus Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and compliance Strong knowledge of employment laws, labor regulations, and HR best practices Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency in HRIS systems, payroll processing, and Microsoft Office Suite Salary $95000-$120,000 #J-18808-Ljbffr TOTAL WAREHOUSE Inc
