About the Role: Delaware River Solar is seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our accounting team at our Midtown Manhattan office by Bryant Park. This is a full-time, hybrid position: on-site Monday through Thursday and remote on Fridays. The majority of the workload centers on accounts payable (AP): entering, coding, and processing vendor bills and invoices in QuickBooks Online, matching invoices to supporting documentation, and maintaining accurate AP records. The Staff Accountant will also support month-end close, journal entries, and account reconciliations. Responsibilities Enter, code, and process accounts payable invoices accurately and on time Match invoices to purchase orders and supporting documentation Maintain vendor records and reconcile accounts payable Record journal entries and assist with month-end close Support account reconciliations and general accounting tasks Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting Minimum 2 years of hands-on QuickBooks Online experience Minimum 2 years of professional accounting work experience Strong attention to detail and data-entry accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Ability to work on-site Monday through Thursday at our office near Bryant Park, Manhattan Preferred Prior experience working at an accounting or CPA firm Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
