Digital Marketing Director

Data-driven and results-oriented, the fully remote Digital Marketing Director will own the strategy, execution, and measurement of digital marketing campaigns, focusing on SEO, paid media, and performance reporting to drive business growth. Key responsibilities Lead digital acquisition strategies across various platforms, including Google Search and social media Manage paid media strategy, optimizing campaigns and creative testing for improved performance Oversee organic search strategy, enhancing website traffic and visibility through SEO best practices Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or a related field Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO tools Experience managing substantial marketing budgets and optimizing lead quality Strong knowledge of conversion rate optimization and full-funnel marketing Experience in the mortgage, lending, or financial services industry is preferred
