CDI Specialist: Elevate Documentation & Billing Quality

Baylor College of Medicine is seeking a Clinical Documentation Improvement Specialist to enhance professional billing documentation and coding accuracy. This role partners with physicians, APPs, coders, and revenue cycle teams to ensure CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10-CM codes and modifiers are fully supported by documentation. The CDI Specialist emphasizes education, collaboration, and prevention of denials, not volume.
