Fullstack Developer

Job Description

We are seeking a fully remote Fullstack developer for a 12 month contract, with possibility for fulltime conversion. The Full Stack Application Engineer is responsible for building, enhancing, and scaling an internal AI application that enables teams to develop, deploy, and run reusable AI-powered applications across the business. This application is designed to eliminate the need for rebuilding from scratch by providing a standardized, repeatable architecture that integrates with cloud infrastructure and modern data ecosystems. This role spans frontend, backend, DevOps, and cloud infrastructure, with a true 50/50 full stack focus initially and an eventual shift toward more backend and platform ownership. The engineer will work closely with technical leadership to deliver new application features, improve system scalability, and support growing AI-driven initiatives.

Essential Functions:

• Full Stack Development & Application Engineering:

o Build and deploy full-stack applications and platform features using modern frameworks (React, Next.js)

o Develop reusable applications that integrate with large-scale data platforms (e.g., Snowflake)

o Enhance and refactor existing platform components to improve performance and scalability

• Cloud Infrastructure & Microservices:

o Manage and optimize cloud environments (AWS/Azure), including microservices and serverless architecture (Lambda)

o Support scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency for compute-heavy and AI workloads

o Build and maintain services that support a growing platform ecosystem

• Data Platform Integration:

o Develop applications on top of enterprise data platforms, leveraging Snowflake for querying and analytics

o Support database integration, performance tuning, and data-driven application development

Skills and Requirements

3-5 years in Full stack development (Mid-Level)

Strong React / Next.js experience in building application experience Multi Cloud experience with AWS (or Azure) and GCP

User experience with Snowflake

AI/LLM Savy (Claude Coding / Code X) Experience in Lovable, Base44 and Bolt
