Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Step Down Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum Years of Experience: 1 year License: Pending licenses accepted Certifications: BLS, ACLS required Must-Have: Epic experience is required Description: Cross posting for job ID. Can offer 36 or 48 hours. Block scheduling cannot be accommodated or guaranteed. Must work every other weekend and every other holiday. Must work 2 out of the 3 winter holidays. Can approve 40 hours for time off. Must adhere to float policy. Previous charge experience is preferred. Patient ratio experience required is 3:1. Charting system experience required. Patient age groups include adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. Daily census is approximately 10. Unit supports interdisciplinary services including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, social services, and pharmacy. Patient diagnoses include anything surgical or trauma-related. Must float within scope of practice as needed. Separation policy applies after reaching total assignment days. Education: BSN preferred.
