Accounts Payable Clerk (Temp)

Mid-size law firm with multiple offices nationwide is looking for a motivated self-starter who is detail-oriented and well-organized to help on our Accounts Payable team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Entering vendor invoices for multiple offices Vendor Maintenance Filing Scanning Reconciling vendor accounts Special Projects Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft office Ability to work well in a team environment Ability to handle a large volume of work while ensuring a high level of accuracy Strong attention to detail and proofreading necessary Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing Previous work history in a law firm setting is beneficial but not required.
