Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing a variety of techniques such as therapeutic exercises, hands-on therapy, and advanced modalities to promote healing and improve mobility.
• Continuously monitor and document patients' progress towards therapeutic goals, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on self-care techniques, at-home exercises, and use of assistive devices when required.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care.
• Participate in regular training sessions and workshops to remain knowledgeable about the latest therapeutic techniques and best practices in physical therapy.
• Promote patient safety and well-being through thorough assessments and adherence to established clinical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our center serves a diverse patient population, including children and adults with varying diagnoses, including orthopedic injuries, neurological disorders, and post-operative conditions. Qualifications

• Current state licensure in Physical Therapy is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with patients and healthcare team members.
• Proficiency in word processing and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• A positive, flexible attitude and a commitment to patient-centered care.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in a rehabilitation or outpatient setting.
• Prior experience working with a diverse patient demographic and various treatment methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits
