The Sales Development Representative role is critical for our success and represents a significant growth & career path opportunity. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES This is primarily an outbound prospecting role: Generate opportunities by performing B2B outbound prospecting (LinkedIn, Videos, Calls, Email, Networking) Master the ability to tell the Flanagan Bilton story and how we are a game changer for our clients Conduct research to identify priority prospects Partner closely with other team members to develop the territory (generate opportunities, set appointments, and assist with followup) Acquire key prospect data from the initial conversation, the web & other sources, ensuring that clean and accurate data is entered and maintained in our CRM Hit & exceed monthly KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) Learn from other team members by being a part of continuing education and trainings WHO YOU ARE 1-3+ years sales-related experience Positive attitude and mentality Coachable, flexible, and self-motivated (hungry to grow) Diligent self-starter; someone with initiative Well-spoken, excellent written and verbal communications Enthusiastic, and persuasive personality Motivated with career ambitions Strong organization and follow-up skills Resilient, doesn’t give up easily Commercial Real Estate experience is a plus WHAT WE OFFER Positive Coaching & Continuous Career Development Promotion opportunities in every role Opportunity to work in a fast-growing company that is innovating rapidly Inclusive, friendly environment where every employee is valued and respected #J-18808-Ljbffr Flanagan | Bilton LLC
