Strong benefits (M, D, V, and 401k) Profit sharing contribution Annual Bonus Flexible work environment Job Details Job Summary The Enterprise Solution Architect is responsible for designing, governing, and delivering end‑to‑end technology solutions that support the bank’s business strategy, regulatory requirements, and long‑term architecture roadmap. This role requires deep experience in modern application architectures, middleware and integration platforms, data architecture, and hybrid cloud (cloud and on‑premises) environments within a banking or financial services context. Required Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related technical field required. 10+ years of experience in IT architecture or solution design, with significant experience in banking or financial services. Strong hands‑on experience designing modern, distributed applications and enterprise platforms. Proven experience with hybrid architectures spanning cloud and on‑premises environments. Experience working within regulated environments with strong governance and risk controls. Required Knowledge Enterprise & Solution Architecture Modern Application Design (Microservices, APIs) Middleware & Integration Architecture Data Architecture & Analytics Enablement Cloud & Hybrid Infrastructure Security & Regulatory Compliance Cloud & Infrastructure Architect and guide solutions across public cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), private cloud, and on‑premises data centers. Define cloud adoption patterns including IaC, containerization, orchestration, CI/CD, and DevSecOps. Ensure high availability, resiliency, disaster recovery, and performance requirements are met. Middleware & Integration Design integration architectures using API management, ESB/event streaming, messaging, and file‑based integration patterns. Support real‑time and batch integration across internal systems, fintech partners, and third‑party vendors. Enable reuse, scalability, and observability across integration platforms. Data Architecture Define data architectures covering operational data, analytics, reporting, and regulatory needs. Support data lakes, data warehouses, streaming data platforms, and master/reference data management. Partner with data engineering and analytics teams to enable data quality, lineage, and governance. Security, Risk & Compliance Embed security‑by‑design principles including identity, access management, encryption, and secrets management. Ensure compliance with banking regulations and standards (e.g., FFIEC, SOX, PCI, GLBA, data privacy). Participate in architecture risk assessments and technology control reviews.
