Ecommerce Manager

Manage day-to-day marketing of a business website and online initiatives in a cross-channel environment Collaborate with merchandising to optimize online content and drive sales conversions Coordinate online marketing with other marketing channels Develop and optimize strategic online marketing campaigns for customer acquisition and retention Create briefs and coordinate marketing assets including promotions, banner ads, email blasts, and landing pages Develop, manage, and execute SEO and SEM strategies Analyze online customer research, market conditions, and competitor information Identify and implement opportunities to reach new online markets and improve lead flow Ensure offline marketing programs function correctly on e-commerce websites Monitor and report on traffic, rankings, and leads Participate in online merchandising strategies Track performance and establish website analytics reporting Manage a team of professional individual contributors and/or indirectly supervise support staff Requirements Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline Generally 7+ years of experience in a related field May require certification Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines Experience with SEO and SEM Experience analyzing online customer research, market conditions, and competitor information Experience with affiliate marketing, email marketing, and online campaigns Experience with website analytics, traffic, rankings, and lead reporting Ability to manage a group or team of professional individual contributors and/or indirectly supervise support staff Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in managing online marketing initiatives, including SEO and SEM strategies, while effectively leading a team to optimize content and drive customer acquisition and retention. Proficient in analyzing market conditions and website analytics to enhance performance and reach new online markets.
