This remote position allows therapists the flexibility to conduct sessions from the comfort of their own spaces while utilizing advanced telehealth technology. Our collaborative workspace is designed to maintain open communication among team members through virtual meetings and continuous professional development opportunities. We value work-life balance and offer a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health conditions and understand their unique needs and therapeutic goals.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that are evidence-based and tailored to each client's circumstances, with measurable outcomes in mind.

• Provide one-on-one counseling sessions using various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using secure electronic health record (EHR) systems while adhering to the highest standards of confidentiality and ethical practice.

• Regularly schedule follow-up sessions to monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans, ensuring a responsive approach to their evolving needs.

• Engage in professional development and training opportunities to stay current with mental health practices, expanding therapeutic techniques to enhance service delivery.

As a critical member of our team, you will serve a diverse client population, including individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and other mental health concerns. Your empathetic approach and expertise will support clients in navigating their journeys towards better mental health and wellbeing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Current and active LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC license in California, indicating your readiness to practice independently and ethically.

• Proficiency with virtual therapy platforms and electronic health record systems, showing capability in conducting teletherapy sessions effectively.
