Qualifications and Credentials:

• Active Illinois School Psychologist certification required
• Professional Educator License (PEL) in Illinois is a must
• Experience working with elementary-aged children; school-based experience is highly desirable
• Excellent interpersonal, consultation, and communication skills
• Strong commitment to collaboration and building relationships with diverse school communities
• Ability to travel between multiple school sites within a week

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and interpret results for eligibility and intervention planning
• Provide direct and indirect counseling services to students
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and families regarding academic and behavioral interventions
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute valuable expertise
• Support data-driven decision-making for student support teams across all assigned districts
• Implement evidence-based social-emotional, behavioral, and mental health interventions
• Promote positive school climates and contribute to crisis response planning
