Virtual Assistant – Franchise Operations Support We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Virtual Assistant to support our corporate franchise operations team. This role is ideal for someone who is excellent at follow-up, organization, communication, and keeping multiple projects moving at the same time. You will work closely with our Director of Franchise Support and assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, franchisee support, onboarding, recruiting coordination, reporting, marketing follow-up, and special projects. Key Responsibilities Assist with day-to-day franchise operations and administrative support Follow up with franchise owners on outstanding tasks, documents, training, and action items Help manage onboarding for new franchise owners Update and maintain Monday.com boards, trackers, spreadsheets, and internal records Organize Google Drive folders and franchise documentation Prepare meeting notes, recaps, action-item lists, and follow-up communications Track deadlines and make sure assignments are completed Assist with franchisee communications, newsletters, announcements, and reminders Help coordinate training sessions, coaching calls, and meetings Assist with recruiting efforts, including job postings, candidate follow-up, and tracking applicants Support lead follow-up and franchise sales administrative tasks when needed Assist with database organization and outreach campaigns Pull reports and organize information from systems such as Jobber Help monitor projects involving marketing vendors, phone systems, recruiting platforms, and other franchise resources Conduct online research and compile information into clear, organized summaries Assist with special projects as assigned What We Are Looking For Strong written and verbal English communication skills Extremely organized and detail-oriented Proactive — you should be comfortable following up without constantly being reminded Able to manage multiple projects and priorities at once Strong follow-through and time-management skills Comfortable communicating professionally with business owners and vendors Experience with Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and online business tools Experience with Monday.com or similar project-management software is a plus Experience with CRM systems, Jobber, recruiting, franchise operations, or administrative support is a plus Comfortable learning new software and systems quickly Able to work independently while also communicating regularly with the team Reliable internet connection and professional work environment The Right Person for This Role We are looking for someone who does more than simply wait for instructions. You should be someone who enjoys being the person behind the scenes keeping everything moving. This is a remote position. Compensation: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
