Customer Service Sales Representative

$30 per hour

Job Description
High-end, family-owned Stuart residential and commercial stone solutions business is seeking a Customer Service & Sales Representative to join their rapidly growing team.
Experience in the commercial and residential stone business (granite, marble, etc.) is preferred.
This is a long-term opportunity for someone who is eager to grow alongside the business.
Successful candidate will train for 3 weeks at the sister location out of state prior to starting full time locally. All travel, lodging and meals will be paid for.
Monday - Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
8 days PTO which can be utilized after 6 months of service.
Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service and professional communication
develop profitable sales and build long-term relationships
prepare accurate and timely quotes and gather complete project information
follow up on sales opportunities and educate customers on company's process
communicate effectively with operations and maintain accurate company records
oversee assigned customer projects from initial contact through completion
Sales Development:
Call and follow up with prospective and exisiting customers
develop new accounts and maintain long-term relationships
re-engage prior customers and follow up on outstanding quotes
build referral relationships, maintain an organized sales pipeline, and ask for additional opportunities
convert qualified opportunities into company projects
$30.00 / hr + 2% commission on qualified commissionable projects
