What You'll Be Doing Be the trusted communication hub between site leadership, including the VP/GM, and internal and external teams. Create polished reports, presentations, executive communications, and important business documents. Track key department deliverables and keep projects moving forward with timely follow-ups. Coordinate office operations, schedules, meetings, events, and site logistics. Help ensure compliance with company policies and applicable U.S. Government export control regulations. Anticipate needs before they arise and keep leadership one step ahead. What Makes You a Great Fit 3+ years of executive support, office management, or administrative experience. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. A professional, approachable, and solutions-focused mindset. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
