Investigations Specialist

Payrate: $22.00 - $25.00/hr. This position involves conducting investigations related to policy violations, compliance matters, and customer privacy concerns. The role requires gathering and analyzing information, documenting findings, and preparing reports for various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations under established procedures and guidance from senior investigators.
• Gather, review, and analyze information from internal systems and business partners.
• Document investigative activities, findings, and recommendations in case management systems.
• Prepare investigative summaries, reports, and supporting documentation for stakeholders.
• Manage assigned caseload and ensure timely progression of investigations.
• Coordinate with various departments to resolve investigative matters.
• Support customer privacy investigations and regulatory response activities as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information according to company policies.
• Participate in case reviews, team discussions, and other investigative activities.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Corporate Investigations, Compliance, Human Resources Investigations, Fraud Investigations, Risk Management, Customer Privacy, Legal Support, Law Enforcement, or a related field.
• Experience conducting research, fact-finding, case documentation, and investigative analysis.
• Experience handling sensitive or confidential information.
• Familiarity with case management systems and investigative documentation practices.
• Some college education preferred.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $22.00 - $25.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
