AR Collections Specialist: Negotiate & Resolve Disputes

DeKalb Health is seeking a Collections Specialist based in New York who will be responsible for collecting outstanding debts and ensuring timely payments. You will communicate directly with customers, helping them resolve payment issues and managing disputes effectively. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills and have experience with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems such as Dynamics 365.
