In general, this position will perform accounts receivable and collection tasks.Some of the details include:Answer patient contract questionsSending communications to delinquent either electronically or by phonePost paymentsCollect delinquent accountsProcess refunds through our merchant siteMonitor account delinquencies dailyExceptional work ethics, emotional intelligence, and attention to detail are characteristics of our ideal candidate. The ability to work well with everyone is a key element of this position as it is a positive attitude. In addition, this person must be trustworthy, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to problem solve and manage time effectively. Candidate must be proficient with reading and understanding patient ledgers. Candidates must have a minimum of 2-3 years' experience with dental, orthodontic billing and collections. Experience with dental insurance is a plus!This position is Full-time, Monday through Friday.
