About The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Assistant General Manager (AGM) to help oversee daily restaurant operations and support the General Manager in leading a high‑performing team. The AGM plays a vital role in maximizing profitability, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and upholding Wingstop’s standards of excellence. This position is ideal for a leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, knows how to inspire a team, and is ready to take the next step in their management journey. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Lead and supervise daily Front of House and Back of House operations Act as the shift lead and decision‑maker in the absence of the General Manager Support team development through training, coaching, performance feedback, and motivation Deliver top‑tier guest service and address guest concerns promptly and professionally Ensure compliance with all local, state, and company food safety, health, and sanitation standards (including maintaining an “A” health rating) Monitor and maintain product quality, speed of service, and cleanliness standards Assist in labor scheduling, inventory management, ordering, and cost control Follow and enforce all cash handling and security procedures Help manage Food and Labor Costs in line with company targets Oversee facility maintenance and cleanliness through preventative programs Train to build the leadership skills necessary for promotion to General Manager Perform operational duties including register use, taking orders, and food preparation as needed Additional responsibilities as assigned by the General Manager or District Manager The above job description is not intended to be an all‑inclusive list of duties and standards of the position.
