Create General Ledger entries to record financial transactions, including revenue recognition, expense accruals, prepaid amortization, and intercompany transfers. Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations. Perform a detailed review of divisional expenses to ensure appropriate coding. Assist with monthly fluctuation analysis of divisional results versus budget, forecast, and prior year. Support consolidation of divisional financial results for internal and external reporting. Assist in the preparation of the monthly Board of Directors presentation. Contribute to a variety of ad‑hoc projects for the company. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting or equivalent job‑related experience is required; MBA Degree or CPA preferred. 2–4 years of experience in related field. Consumer goods, food and beverage or retail experience preferred. Ability to research and analyze data effectively. Excellent written communication and verbal communication skills. Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and web‑browsers. Analytical and research skills. Demonstrated ability to provide cross‑functional leadership. Strong prioritization skills. Flexible and adaptable, able to change and alter according to changes in projects or business environment. Ability to work independently and prioritize duties with minimal supervision, in order to meet deadlines. Team building skills. Ability to ensure a high level of service and quality is maintained. Excellent customer service orientation. Ability to complete multiple duties with accuracy, shifting from one to another with frequent interruptions and competing deadlines.
