Healthcare Sales Representative

Seeking experienced healthcare sales professionals to drive community outreach and participant enrollment for client services. Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources including healthcare providers, senior communities, and government agencies. Execute territory sales strategies to achieve monthly enrollment targets of 6–8 participants. Conduct in-person and virtual presentations to educate prospective participants and referral partners on Client services. Identify and qualify Medicare, Medicaid, Dual Eligible, VA, and Private Pay individuals for program enrollment. Generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and strategic account management. Maintain accurate sales activities, follow-ups, and pipeline updates using Salesforce CRM. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and participant onboarding. Monitor territory performance metrics and provide regular reports to sales leadership.
