Mailroom Clerk

Staffing Now is partnering with a financial services firm in Irving that is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Mailroom Associate to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the flow of incoming and outgoing mail and packages while ensuring timely and accurate distribution across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sort and distribute incoming mail to appropriate recipients and departments
• Receive and process incoming packages
• Prepare outgoing shipments, including packaging and labeling
• Maintain accurate mail and package records
• Update tracking systems and databases
• Operate mailroom equipment, including postage meters, scales, and sorting machines
• Communicate with internal teams regarding mail and delivery needs
Ideal candidates are highly organized, detail-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
