Assisting the Mortgage Regional Manager, the full-time NMLS Licensed Mortgage Manager will lead and manage Mortgage Loan Originators to achieve production goals while maintaining a personal pipeline of retail mortgage loans, with responsibilities including recruitment, training, and performance management. Key responsibilities Manage and support Mortgage Loan Originators to meet operational excellence and growth targets Recruit, interview, and train talent while fostering employee retention and performance management Promote a sales-driven environment through training, coaching, and marketing material development Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Two or more years of relevant experience in mortgage banking Thorough knowledge of mortgage products, operations, and market trends Minimum of two years of supervisory experience preferred Strong leadership and sales strategy skills
