Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, couple, and family therapy using evidence-based therapeutic practices tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Accurately document clinical interactions and maintain timely clinical records in accordance with Virginia state regulations and organizational policies.

• Participate actively in clinical supervision and staff meetings to discuss cases, share strategies, and receive feedback.

• Work collaboratively with educational staff and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for clients, particularly those in school settings.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
