Job OverviewA law firm seeks a junior or midlevel Finance Associate for its Denver, CO office. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 years of experience in finance law, particularly in representing corporate borrowers and lenders. Duties Represent corporate borrowers and lenders on institutional term loans. Handle alternative lender and private credit transactions. Manage commercial bank loans and acquisition financings. Work on syndicated credit facilities and leveraged lending. Draft and negotiate finance-related documents. Requirements 3 to 6 years of relevant experience. Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills. Experience with private credit transactions is highly valued. Education EducationJuris Doctor (J.D.) degree. Certifications Bar admission in the state of Colorado or eligibility to waive in. Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
