Health Care Customer Service Representative

To support a fast-growing team, the fully remote Health Care Customer Service Representative will manage inbound and outbound calls, resolve inquiries regarding insurance and financial assistance, and process payments in a high-tech environment. Key responsibilities Handle calls to resolve billing and payment issues while utilizing established work queues and call pools Respond professionally to patient/account holder inquiries and provide thorough information Follow client-specific protocols to gain payments or arrange payment plans on behalf of clients Required qualifications 1+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role with public interaction Knowledge of medical terminology, patient billing, and healthcare insurance preferred Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Flexibility in scheduling, including availability for evening and Saturday work as needed
