As a PM Line Cook, you'll play a critical role in delivering the elevated dining experience that defines CUT by Wolfgang Puck.

Responsibilities include:

• Prepare, cook, and plate menu items according to Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group standards
• Execute daily prep lists and production schedules with accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain exceptional food quality, consistency, portioning, and presentation
• Prepare meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, fruits, sauces, and other ingredients using a variety of classical and modern techniques
• Utilize a wide range of cooking methods including sautéing, grilling, roasting, braising, frying, baking, steaming, broiling, and poaching
• Monitor cooking temperatures, food safety, and proper cooling procedures
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary workstations throughout each shift
• Follow proper food handling, labeling, storage, and rotation procedures
• Assist with stocking and maintaining mise en place for service
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth, efficient service
• Adhere to all company standards and local, state, and federal food safety regulations

• Minimum 2 years of professional line cook experience
• Previous fine dining experience strongly preferred
• Strong knife skills and understanding of classical cooking techniques
• Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining exceptional quality
• Passion for hospitality, teamwork, and continuous learning
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions in English
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands

Experience operating commercial kitchen equipment such as:

• Pasta machines
• Convection and rotary ovens
• Salamanders and griddles
• Deep fryers
• Steam kettles and braising pans
• Pressureless steamers
• Buffalo choppers
• Commercial mixers and slicers
• Digital scales and woks
