Aurora Consulting is a bilingual professional services firm helping Chinese restaurant operators across the U.S. navigate licensing, compliance, and day-to-day operations. We're hiring a Client Support Specialist to backfill an internal promotion on our Client Operations team. What you'll do Own escalated client issues from intake to resolution Support our front-line Client Operations team on complex cases — surface patterns, document solutions Maintain CRM hygiene and grow our internal knowledge base Coordinate cross-functionally on order exceptions and admin work What we're looking for Fluent Mandarin Chinese + strong English (our clients and team operate bilingually) Clear thinker, detail-oriented, steady under pressure Details On-site, Mon–Fri, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM $20–25/hr + performance bonus To apply: email your resume to View email address on click.appcast.io #J-18808-Ljbffr Aurora Consulting
