Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of mental health diagnoses and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Maintain a minimum caseload of 27 client visits per week for full-time clinicians, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
\n
• Document all client interactions, including assessments, treatment plans, and case notes, in accordance with company protocols and compliance standards.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including case managers, families, and medical personnel, to optimize client outcomes through comprehensive care coordination.
\n
• Engage creatively in therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities to help clients reach and surpass their therapeutic goals.
\n
• Participate proactively in clinical meetings and training sessions to enhance your technical and therapeutic skills, and contribute to the ongoing development of team culture.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on providing mental health services to children, adolescents, and families, fostering a nurturing environment that encourages open communication and trust. You will be working with a diverse client base, including individuals from various cultural backgrounds and life experiences. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Behavioral Sciences or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid LMFT PA clinical license is a must, demonstrating your qualifications to perform professional therapy.

• Experience in clinical documentation is essential, including the completion of assessments, treatment plans, and case notes.
\n
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial for effective client interaction and collaboration with team members.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to maintain appropriate boundaries and provide a safe, therapeutic environment for clients.

• Proficiency in using Office 365 and Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems; familiarity with Valant software is a plus.

• Must pass a background check as a requirement for employment.
\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Other benefits include:
