And we are where we are because our talents brought us here.At Trelleborg Marine & Infrastructure, we go beyond service, building lasting partnerships with engineers, contractors, and owners to deliver long-term solutions that make a real impact.About the roleAs Senior HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle and ensuring the consistent delivery of our People agenda across PA Marine Systems.You will work closely with the Senior HR Business Partner and act as a trusted HR advisor to leaders and employees across multiple international locations, with a particular focus on the US and additional support across other countries, including Australia.This is a broad and hands-on senior HR role, combining employee relations, recruitment, performance and talent management, organizational changes, HR compliance and operational HR delivery.You will bring strong HR judgment, sound knowledge of employment legislation and the confidence to independently manage a broad range of people-related topics, while partnering closely with the Senior HR Business Partner on more complex organizational and strategic matters.About your responsibilitiesAct as a trusted HR advisor to managers and employees on day-to-day HR and employee relations matters.Independently manage employee relations cases, including performance matters, disciplinary processes, grievances, investigations and conflict resolution.Provide guidance on employment legislation and HR policies, with a strong focus on US employment law and practices.Support HR topics across additional jurisdictions, particularly Australia.Partner with the Senior HR Business Partner on organizational changes, workforce planning, talent reviews and People projects.Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities.Drive and support performance management, development and talent processes.Ensure accurate HR documentation, data quality and compliance with local legislation and company policies.Support employee engagement, communication and change initiatives across multiple locations.What you bringBachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.Typically 7+ years of broad HR experience in a Senior HR Generalist, HR Manager or comparable role.Strong hands-on employee relations experience.Strong working knowledge of US employment law and employment practices is essential.Knowledge of Australian employment law and HR practices is highly desirable.Experience supporting multiple international locations and working across cultures.Experience in a manufacturing, engineering or industrial environment is preferred.Strong judgment and confidence advising managers on people-related matters.Pragmatic, solution-oriented and comfortable working independently in an international matrix organization.Our Offer and BenefitsA broad and senior HR role with significant autonomy and international exposure.Close collaboration with leaders and an experienced international People Team.Opportunities for professional development and growth within Trelleborg.Competitive compensation package including bonus.Generous annual leave.Flexible hybrid working environment.Social and charity events.Application processAre you an experienced HR professional who enjoys combining hands-on employee relations with international HR responsibility?Apply now and become part of our international People Team at Trelleborg TMI!Trelleborg is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and we take pride in the diversity of our employees, valuing the special experience and expertise that people from different backgrounds bring to our business.
